Use of the service
octapulse grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to access and use the service in accordance with these terms and any plan you have purchased or been granted.
Accounts & access
Access is currently invite-only. You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.
Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the service, including by attempting to disrupt it, reverse engineer it, or use it to send unlawful, harmful, or abusive content.
Billing
Paid plans are billed in advance on a recurring basis. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law. You can manage your subscription from your account.
Disclaimers
The service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. octapulse does not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, octapulse will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
